General or Specialized Transcription
The experience and expertise to provide legal or general transcription from audio or PDF files in your desired software.
Pay-By-Word
Billing is based on a pay-by-word basis meaning that you will only be charged by the word. Every job submitted will be billed based on the total number of words, not the number of pages or documents.
The per-word cost for general and legal transcription is 1 1/2 cents per word with a minimum of 100 words.
The per-word cost for multi-speaker transcription (two or more speakers) is 2 1/4 cents per word with a minimum of 100 words.
Same-day priority rush jobs will incur an additional fee. The fee is based on the length of the audio file, type of job, and cutoff deadline.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times will vary depending on when a job is received. The cut-off time for same-day priority transcription is 12:00 p.m., for an anticipated turnaround time of approximately 5 hours for general and legal transcription.
Expected turnaround times for multi-speaker jobs vary depending on audio length and quality. At this time there is no same-day service for multi-speaker services.
